Can I change the band color?
For efficient processing and delivery, we recommend selecting your desired band color upon ordering. If you have a change of mind, please reach out to us within 24 hours after purchasing.
What comes in the package along with the watch?
Your Smart Band VM6 Tracker device, instruction Manual and Charging Cable.
What is the watch face measurements?
It comes equipped with a full colored 096” LCD display.
Do I need WiFi to use it?
No, you do not.
How do I sync my Android to the tracker?
To sync your Android phone to the tracker, see below for instructions:
1) Download FitCloud App from Google Store
2) Turn On Bluetooth of your phone.
3) Click the touch button at the lower part of the face of your tracker until you get the power screen. (Take note of the device ID at the bottom)
4) Go to your "FitCloud" App
5) Click "Settings"
6) Click "Bind Device"
7) Click the band name - VM6 Elite's bluetooth name could be C92 or 6C9
Can I reply to messages and accept calls?
No, you cannot, however you can turn on alerts and notifications for calls and messages. Please follow these steps:
1) Go to your mobile's FitCloud App
2) Click on Settings
3) Click on Notifications
4) Turn on the alert (Calls & SMS)
What are the strap sizes and measurements?
The strap measures about 6 inches around minimum and about 8 inches around maximum.
What material are the straps made of?
The straps are made of a comfortable, breathable, hypoallergenic soft silicone strap.
How do I fasten the wrist band?
The VM6 has an adjustable wrist band and it's a buckle to fit an array of wrist sizes. It's very easy to strap it on, just like a regular watch.
How do I replace the band?
You need a mini Phillips screwdriver to take out the screws. Make sure that you do not lose the screws because the replacement doesn’t have screws.
What is the VM6 Elite’s bluetooth name?
C92 or 6C9
Can I shower with this on?
Yes, you can shower with this device on though it is not recommended as the shower may produce condensation from the steam.
Can I swim with this on?
Yes, this device is waterproof and can be submerged in up to 90 feet of water. We do not recommend swimming in warm water as this may produce condensation from the steam.
Does this keep track of water aerobics?
Unfortunately, no.
What is the difference between waterproof and water resistant?
A waterproof device rated IP68 and can be submerged in up to 30 meters without being damaged. A water resistant device rated IP67 or lower cannot be submerged to any depth. Water resistant devices may be exposed to rain or splashed while washing your hands.
Is it safe to use in salt water?
No. The salt content may clog the tracker once the water has dried out.
Does it track sleep?
The watch does track your sleep. When it’s tracking your sleep, it will record the data of the times you are having a deep sleep, light sleep, and awake. It will also track your sleep on a graph for days, weeks, and months. Your FitCloud app records and store the data.
Does it track bike riding?
Tracker adds support for tracking bike rides and using multiple devices. With the new feature, cyclists can take advantage of all the sensors packed into the Surge, with metrics specific to riding a bike. As they're biking, users can see their distance, duration, average speed, heart rate and calories burned.
How long does the battery last?
The rechargeable battery in the device will last about 2-3 days with average, and stand by is about 5 days.
My charger doesn’t seem to be working?
Please make sure to align the charger with the port on the bracelet and also make sure that you are plugging the charger on a working power outlet.
How do I adjust the brightness?
How can I set the time, date, and day?
Once you sync your watch to your phone it is automatically updated to your phone’s time, day and date settings.
Why does it not let me see info when I lift my wrist?
Make sure your phone is paired to the app. Open the app, go to settings, click on your device name, turn on "Wrist Sense"

Besides FitCloud, what other app can I use?
VM6 Elite Tracker can be synced to your Android's Google Fit App and iPhone's Health App. Please make sure that the operating system being used for iPhone is IOS 8.0 or above. For Android, the operating system will need to be 4.0 or above.
The iOS Health app can connect all your health & fitness apps, and serve as a hub for your health data. You can give permission to write your activity data to Health as Active Calories, Walking + Running Distance, Cycling Distance, and Workouts.
How do I turn off the device?
To shut down the device, press and hold the button until “On” and “Off” appear on the screen. Press the button once to select “Off,” then press and hold the button for five seconds, The screen will display “goodbye” and the device will vibrate to indicate shutdown.
Can I download music on this device?
No, you can not download music on this.
How do I stop this whistling sound coming from my phone?
This sound is attributed to the FitCloud app. To stop the sound, you must disable notifications for the FitCloud app.
How do I disable FitCloud notifications for my iPhone?
- Launch the settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap Notifications
- Turn off (grey) the app switch for FitCloud.
How do I disable FitCloud notifications for my Android?
- Launch the settings app on your Android.
- Tap sound and notification.
- Tap app notifications.
- Turn off (grey) the toggle for FitCloud.
Will it count my steps no matter what fitness mode it is in?
Yes, it will.
How do I pause the step counter?
If you want to pause the step count while driving, etc you need to remove the tracker from your wrist and put it back once you want it to resume counting
How do you use the stopwatch?
You can look at the following steps:
- Tap twice on the white circle - This opens the sport menu
- Press and hold on the sport menu to open sub menus like running, walking, hiking, basketball
- After choosing an activity, you would have the option to start and stop
How can I convert metric measurements to imperial?
On the FitCloud app, go to Settings and click on Units. You will have the option to change the unit setting for distance and weight.

Is this tracker safe to use?
Smartwatches and fitness trackers use transmitters to send radio frequency signals to communicate with different devices or networks. Like smartphones, trackers use WiFi, Bluetooth or 4G emit radiation and have to pass FCC standards to ensure their safety. Smartwatches and Smartphones and other wireless devices are FDA approved and have been tested, reassuring us that there is nothing to be concerned about.
How does the blood pressure function work?
The blood pressure function works on proprietary technology that we are unfortunately not privy to. What we can tell you is that it uses this technology to gauge subtle pressure changes at the surface of your skin above one of the main wrist arteries such as the radial artery.
Does this track Blood Sugar?
Unfortunately, no. This is unable to track your Blood Sugar.
Does this track Atrial Fibrillation?
Unfortunately, no.
Does this track heart rate variability?
It monitors and tracks your heart rate for you to make sure that you are always in a normal resting heart rate, however, it does not show variability.
Can this be used for medical purposes?
We strongly suggest this device to not be used for medical purposes. This product should be used as a guidance tool to help encourage a healthy lifestyle. We can not guarantee the complete accuracy as there may be numerous reasons as to why the device may not provide an accurate reading such as setup, user error, and device placement to name a few.
Is it safe and verified to not interfere with an implanted defibrillator, IDC, or pacemaker?
