1 Year Extended Warranty

Your purchase of the 1 Year Extended Warranty please note such purchase is non-refundable and can not be applied to any item customized, printed graphics or eatable goods. This warranty may only be applied to those qualified physical goods purchased from Veteran Merchandise.

** If you request a refund on any item in which a warranty was purchased. You will not be refunded for the cost of the warranty.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited 1 Year Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Veteran Merchandise will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct the problems?

Veteran Merchandise will either repair the Product at no charge,  either using new and or refurbished replacement parts to be determined at our discretion. If the Product cannot be repaired then a replacement Product, at no charge will be issued.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Veteran Merchandise is 365 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this 1 Year Extended Warranty not cover?

This 1 Year Extended Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
