The Nitty Gritty

Product replacement.

If your product stops working, a replacement or store credit will be provided at no extra charge. Please note we require customers to ship back defective device to our warehouse.

Normal wear and tear.

Includes replacement due to normal wear and tear, defects in materials or workmanship and failures due to dust, internal heat and humidity.

Coverage duration.

The warranty is valid 365 days from the date of original purchase. The replacement assumes the remainder of the warranty.

Not covered.

Problems that are caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

Protection length.

This warranty protects your tracker for 365 days (1 year) after purchase date.

Refunds.

Please note your extended warranty is non refundable and cannot be applied to any item aside from the V.M.6 Elite tracker. Should you request a refund on the tracker, you will not be refunded for the cost of the warranty.
